Refund & Return Policy

At Mae’s Plants & Etc., we want you to love your purchase.

Non-Plant Merchandise
Unused, unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase with proof of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Live Plants
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all plant sales are final. If your plant arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and its packaging. We will review each situation individually and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

 

Workshops & Events
Workshop and event registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the event and the notice provided, we may be able to transfer your registration to another workshop or issue store credit at our discretion.

 

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
